Ernest H. Tuttle, IV, Attorney-at-Law, has a passion for the law and works with his clients to find practical legal solutions for them.
As a fifth-generation attorney, Mr. Tuttle grew up watching many of his family members work to help their clients throughout the Central Valley of California. He graduated from the University of Redlands, in Redlands, California, and later from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. After graduating law school, he remained in Sacramento to develop his practice.
Mr. Tuttle’s practice focuses on estate planning, including wills, trusts, power of attorney, guardianship, conservatorship and probate. His other area of expertise is in education law, helping teachers and other public employees navigate legal matters regarding their employment, salary, credentialing, certificated personnel layoffs as well as criminal and civil issues. He helps his clients by listening closely to their goals and working with them to achieve success.
Mr. Tuttle is a member of the Trusts and Estates section of the State Bar of California and a member of the Placer County Bar Association. He is on the Board of Directors for the Roseville Rotary Club and is an active member of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce.
He and his wife, Jennifer, live in Roseville with their daughter, Aubrey, and twins Makenna and Quin (Ernest H. Tuttle V). The entire family enjoys outdoor activities such as, snow skiing, snow shoeing, boating and golfing.
