2) Gather any paperwork that applies to your case.
3) Complete the questionnaire provided here. If you cannot complete this entirely before the appointment, it’s ok. Just come in and we’ll walk you through it. At the appointment we will get to know each other to ensure we are a good fit for your needs. Once hired, we’ll get started on your case right away!
